Heartland Veterinary Hospital is a full-service, family-owned practice in Edwardsville, IL, serving the Metro-East community. We are excited to welcome a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to our growing practice. 


Compensation (IL Transparency Compliant)

  • Starting salary for Full Time: $100,000+, commensurate with experience.
  • Compensation is not capped and is limited only by proficiency, efficiency, and case volume

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

  • Closed on Sundays
  • No after-hours or emergency shifts
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • Off most major holidays
  • Approximately 30–40 hours per week
  • Full-time and part-time candidates welcome

What We’re Looking For

  • DVM/VMD degree (new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
