These symptoms can point to a wide range of conditions, from gastrointestinal issues to kidney disease, diabetes, or hormonal imbalances.

Diagnostic Services

Before we can treat a condition, we need to understand what we're dealing with. Our internal medicine services include a range of diagnostic tools to help us get to the root of your pet's symptoms:

  • Laboratory testing: Complete blood counts, chemistry panels, and electrolyte analysis for rapid results

  • Urinalysis and fecal testing: Evaluating kidney function, urinary tract health, and intestinal parasites

  • Digital radiography (X-rays): Imaging to assess the heart, lungs, abdomen, and skeletal system

  • Ultrasound: Advanced imaging to evaluate internal organs like the liver, kidneys, and spleen

  • Blood pressure monitoring: Screening for hypertension, especially in senior pets

Advanced Medical Support

Some conditions need special help, and we are equipped to provide advanced supportive care for pets who require hospitalization. Our team is trained to monitor and manage critically ill patients with compassion and expertise. We offer:

  • Intravenous (IV) fluid therapy: For pets who are dehydrated or need fluid support

  • Constant-rate infusion (CRI) pain management: Continuous delivery of pain medication for pets with acute or severe discomfort

  • Urinary catheter placement: For pets with urinary obstruction or difficulty urinating

  • Short-term oxygen therapy: To stabilize pets experiencing respiratory distress before transfer or continued treatment, when appropriate.

Because we are not a 24-hour emergency hospital, we do not provide overnight hospitalization or continuous overnight monitoring. Patients requiring around-the-clock care or advanced critical care will be referred to a local emergency and specialty hospital.
